APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
To ensure the best experience possible for both client and artist we use the following guidelines to schedule appointments.

To share as much information as possible please fill the inquiry form or email hello@ink-source.com with your name, tattoo idea, dimensions in inches, and attach any reference pictures you might have.
Once we review your inquiry we will reach back out to provide you with an estimate and available dates and times.

We will get back to you in 2-3 business days, and once we find a date we will send a calendar invite to secure the appointment.
Please note, if you do not receive a calendar invite, you do not yet have an appointment. -
All consultations are free and can be either in-person or virtual.
Consultations are usually for large scale projects such as sleeves and are not usually necessary for small to medium tattoos but if you need one we can definitely schedule one!

Deposits are required to secure an appointment.
They are nonrefundable and are deducted from the total on the day of the appointment.

Once deposit is received the artist reaches out a week before to collaborate on the design.
