APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

To ensure the best experience possible for both client and artist we use the following guidelines to schedule appointments.

    • To share as much information as possible please fill the inquiry form or email hello@ink-source.com with your name, tattoo idea, dimensions in inches, and attach any reference pictures you might have.

    • Once we review your inquiry we will reach back out to provide you with an estimate and available dates and times.

  • We will get back to you in 2-3 business days, and once we find a date we will send a calendar invite to secure the appointment.

    Please note, if you do not receive a calendar invite, you do not yet have an appointment.

    • All consultations are free and can be either in-person or virtual.

    • Consultations are usually for large scale projects such as sleeves and are not usually necessary for small to medium tattoos but if you need one we can definitely schedule one!

    • Deposits are required to secure an appointment. Please note that artists do not consider an appointment booked until it is noted in your calendar invite.

    • They are nonrefundable and are deducted from the total on the day of the appointment.

    • Deposits can be sent to Zelle or Venmo using @ink-source

    • Once deposit is received the artist reaches out a week before to collaborate on the design.
